We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Systems Analyst to join our People Systems team. This role will be pivotal in maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our talent acquisition (TA) technology stack, with a focus on Ashby and Greenhouse. You’ll be the expert ensuring our TA systems drive both operational excellence and data-driven decision making across the entire recruitment lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and supporting process improvements across our TA platforms. This is a strategic and operational role that helps drive recruiting excellence through technology. This is a remote position assigned to the United States territory. Candidates must reside within the territory and be willing to travel approximately 10% of the time, which may include overnight stays and various modes of transportation. Territory assignments may evolve over time based on business needs; however, any changes would be communicated in advance and would not require relocation.
