The Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling enterprise-wide talent acquisition operations, programs, and innovation. This role leads the design and continuous improvement of global recruitment processes and the development of enterprise talent pipeline programs—including early career, internship, military/veteran recruiting, employee referral programs, recruitment marketing and employer branding and other talent pipelines. The Director is part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition and collaborates closely with HR Systems, HR Reporting & Analytics, Corporate Communications, Talent Management, Region Talent Acquisition Leaders and other cross-functional partners, ensuring global consistency, compliance, efficiency, and a world-class candidate experience.
