The ideal candidate will support recruitment by driving the administrative process regarding changes for candidates and employees at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies. The talent acquisition coordinator juggles many tasks, competing deadlines, and is highly administrative. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills to ensure a seamless recruiting experience. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ATS Software, preferably iCIMS and Workday
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • High School or GED and 8-10 years of previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focused HR or TA department OR
  • Associate’s degree with 6-8 years of previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focused HR or TA department
  • At least 5 years of basic computer skills in MS Office products required
  • At least 2 years of ATS Software required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Global matrixed environment
  • Previous experience in a cGMP environment
  • Prior experience in iCIMS, Workday, ADP and DocuSign
  • 8+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System with candidate information, job descriptions, and progress
  • Conducts onboarding process (initiating background checks, drug screens, etc.,), entering employee information in ADP, maintaining employee files, etc.
  • Always maintains discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information with high professionalism and ethical standards
  • Assists with updating and maintaining accurate headcount tracking and planned sizes of orientations classes
  • Managing communication with candidates, and liaise with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team
  • Record maintenance and administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including documentation and reporting
  • Assist in posting job descriptions on multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process
  • Create and quality check offer letters
  • Performs other duties as assigned
