This role is responsible for providing the highest level of talent consulting and recruiting services to business leaders, hiring managers and candidates through Farmer’s sourcing and selection processes. Specific to our high-volume sales team, you will represent the tip of the spear in identifying, vetting, and moving talent through the process.
