DJJ is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Consultant. The role of the Talent Acquisition Business Consultant is to provide advanced-level professional Human Resource talent acquisition and recruitment consultation to all levels of management and employees. This position manages the full-life recruitment cycle from vacancy to new hire onboarding for assigned Divisions/Units. They will build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future positions. This role will develop, execute, and implement recruitment strategies, procedures, and practices that align with DJJ’s mission and strategic framework. It will ensure that human resources practices are carried out in accordance with guidelines and standards established by the Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Human Resource Management (DHRM), and supporting state and federal agencies.
