We are seeking a Consultant, Talent Acquisition Sourcing (Technology) to help build and scale a more specialized, high‑impact sourcing capability focused on niche and Director+ pipelines. This work requires a white‑glove, high‑touch approach across proactive/passive sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder partnership. As a Consultant Sourcer, you will operate as a senior strategic partner to recruiters and hiring teams—driving market intelligence, building sustainable pipelines, and improving sourcing outcomes through mentoring, operational excellence, and project leadership. This role will also contribute to building a small executive‑lite sourcing function for D+ roles that represent significant hiring volume and serve as a feeder into the future VP pipeline.
