As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ICON, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance our recruitment efforts. Your expertise will be essential in attracting top talent and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare or clinical research industry, with a focus on strategic recruitment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data analysis.
  • A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
