About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for leading full‑cycle recruitment efforts with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing. You will manage high‑priority and hard‑to‑fill roles, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and elevate the candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance. Your expertise in talent research, market insights, and relationship‑building will directly support Hightower’s ambitious growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates
  • Strong command of sourcing tools, Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive research
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and elevating the hiring process
  • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, including senior‑level, specialized, and high‑impact positions
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals, and competitive research
  • Build, nurture, and maintain deep pipelines of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations on search strategy
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate experience, competencies, and alignment with Hightower’s culture and values
  • Manage interview processes, ensure timely communication, and deliver a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to refine job requirements and improve hiring workflows
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the applicant tracking system
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent Hightower at events, networking opportunities, and industry forums
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance sourcing efficiency, recruitment operations, and overall hiring outcomes
