About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with deep, end to end Talent Acquisition experience to partner closely with the business and play a key role in shaping how we attract and hire top talent across the region. This role goes beyond filling requisitions. It is designed for a TA professional who brings strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and a passion for candidate experience, while still enjoying hands on recruiting for complex and high profile roles.   Own full‑cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of roles, including senior and critical positions Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability Proactively source and engage talent using creative, targeted, and data‑driven approaches Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long‑term talent networks Ensure a high‑touch, best‑in-class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Collaborate closely with HR partners and the broader global TA community Represent the company externally as an authentic brand ambassador     Your Experience & Qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or other relevant field Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100% 5+ years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally supporting manufacturing, technical or complex corporate environments at senior level / hard-to-fill roles Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing at all levels Expertise in proactive sourcing and market mapping A mindset that balances strategy with execution Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and candidate experience Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.     Our offer: We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities, attractive salary & extensive personal benefits. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or other relevant field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%
