Requirements

Active Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of experience, or Master's with 8-10 years.
Expertise in complex system design and development.
Strong abilities in system performance analysis and compliance assurance.
Experience in integrating system elements and developing interface solutions.
Ability to work independently and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, evaluate, and modify end-to-end systems throughout their lifecycle.
Generate and translate high-level system requirements into detailed implementation specifications.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods.
Establish standards and procedures for system development.
Design interfaces and integrate system elements cohesively.
Assess system performance using evaluation criteria and technical measures.
Act as a liaison to understand customer technical requirements.
Participate in system conceptual design.
Conduct design reviews for requirements traceability.
Develop and execute system-level verification and test plans.
