About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting Senior Government Leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing team on a very large-scale project involving over 160+ products. Your expertise will help drive cost, schedule, and performance improvements across varying mission customers, funding sources, and teams. Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
20+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Alternatively, 5+ years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Nice To Haves

Domain experience with business systems.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies and managing large-scale Agile projects.
In-depth familiarity with JIRA, beyond just setting up queues.
CCB or OIPT experience.
Background supporting SEAMREAPER customer missions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as an Agile Expert, managing large product teams and implementing Agile at scale.
Support senior leadership in establishing a portfolio flow for requirements that impact cost, schedule, and performance.
Develop and implement a strategy and process for managing requirements, including creating a JIRA architecture.
Ensure governance through systems engineering best practices.
Participate in CCB or OIPT meetings to drive project decisions.
