About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to a very large-scale project involving over 160+ products across various mission customers, funding sources, and teams. Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, 5+ years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• 20+ years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Nice To Haves

• Business systems experience is preferred.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly at a large scale.
• Background supporting SEAMREAPER customer missions.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Agile Expertise: Apply Agile methodologies at scale to manage large product teams.
• Requirement Validation: Engage in Systems Engineering (SE) activities, particularly in Requirement Validation.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with a diverse set of customers.
• Requirement Gathering: Develop functional requirements by drawing out true needs and appropriately categorizing them.
• Executive-Level Management: Serve as the front door for new requirements, ensuring they flow to the proper channels.
• Cost/Schedule/Performance (C/S/P): Support the implementation of requirements that impact C/S/P.
