About The Position

Atlas Advisors, LLC is seeking senior level IT professionals to support the GEOINT Maintenance and Sustainment (M&S) mission at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This role involves the operation, sustainment, and maintenance of mission critical GEOINT information technology systems, including enterprise workstations, servers, virtualized environments, and configuration managed software baselines, within an onsite, classified environment. Two senior level positions are available: Senior Windows Administrator and Senior Configuration Manager. Both positions operate within the same mission environment and require the same clearance and certification standards, with responsibilities defined by technical focus and experience. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Security+ certification compliant with DoD 8140.03
  • Minimum of five years of experience supporting IT systems in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment
  • Strong understanding of Information Assurance principles and practices
  • Experience working in classified environments supporting mission systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows based systems and workstations
  • Experience supporting physical servers and virtualized environments
  • Experience with VMware administration
  • Experience managing configuration management processes including documentation, audits, and configuration control
  • Experience supporting Information Assurance security documentation and compliance activities
  • Experience working with Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and VMware environments

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GEOINT systems and tools
  • Experience supporting IT Continuity of Operations Planning
  • Knowledge of NASIC Enterprise Architecture standards

Responsibilities

  • Install, image, configure, and maintain Windows workstations for mission personnel
  • Provide daily on site Microsoft Windows client administration and IT technical support
  • Perform software installation, configuration changes, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and administer physical servers and VMware environments
  • Support server and virtual machine operations on SIPRNET and JWICS
  • Coordinate system availability and backups in accordance with mission requirements
  • Support VOIP, KVM, and related workstation infrastructure
  • Maintain and sustain configuration management processes including identification, control, and audits
  • Prepare and maintain Information Assurance documentation supporting Certificates to Operate (CTO)
  • Execute vulnerability scans and coordinate with System Administrators
  • Manage software inventories including COTS, GOTS, scripts, and databases
  • Support IT Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) documentation
  • Maintain configuration and continuity related documentation
