About The Position

Collaborate in the design phase to detail API flows, data requirements, and client testing plans. Coordinate testing schedules with AIMs and clients. Set up and validate QA client environments, including SOCs and Dealer Codes. Procure, create, validate, and deliver internal QA data to clients. Serve as the single point of contact for client issues, providing triage, troubleshooting, tracking, and defect history. Support sustainment and regression testing activities for AT&T and client releases. Perform environment shakeouts for over 100 APIs before major releases. Conduct daily sanity checks for 25+ APIs to ensure continuous testing support. Design, develop, and execute test plans and strategies. Implement and enhance test automation to improve coverage and regression reliability. Collaborate with Program Managers, Development Leads, and Architects to identify test scenarios. Develop data and environment strategies addressing performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Report defects, analyze test results, and prepare test metrics and reports. Communicate progress proactively through governance calls, stand-ups, reports, and escalations. Coordinate across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to facilitate certification and production deployment. Work with SQL/NoSQL query writing. Utilize automation testing tools and strategies in integrated test environments. Work with API testing, microservices, email/SMS communications, file feeds, and UI components. Work with Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies. Work on performance, usability, security, and scalability testing. Work with integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science, and 4 years of experience in the job offered, or 4 years of experience in a related occupation working with SQL/NoSQL query writing; utilizing automation testing tools and strategies in integrated test environments; working with API testing, microservices, email/SMS communications, file feeds, and UI components; working with Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies; working on performance, usability, security, and scalability testing; and working with integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.
