About The Position

This role provides technical leadership in systems design engineering to support network architecture and strategy across multiple technologies and sites. It involves managing a team of design engineers and overseeing large-scale project deployments using agile methodologies. The role requires expertise in wireless communications systems, network protocols, and infrastructure to optimize performance and cost. Success is measured by effective project execution, team development, and alignment with strategic business goals. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experienceOR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
5 years of technical engineering experience
Less than 2 years - People Management experience

Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of network systems to optimize performance and cost efficiency across multiple technologies
Manage and develop a team of design engineers to achieve project goals and maintain technical standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network architecture with business objectives and customer quality of experience
Analyze network capacity and performance data to support forecasting and strategic planning for subscriber growth
Oversee vendor relationships and manage operational and capital budgets to support technology investments
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
