Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or records management.
Thorough knowledge of record retention schedules and information technology applications.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and lead effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish effective partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain operations including records center activities on a 24/7 basis.
Prepare reports on records and information disposition programs as required.
Ensure the security and preservation of records and effective utilization of storage space.
Communicate effectively with all contacts and maintain equipment safety.
Participate in setting measurable standards of staff performance and enhance team morale.
Assist with hiring and training of staff, while supervising daily activities.
Provide recommendations to develop annual expense budgets and ensure cost effective operations.
Prioritize staff assignments to ensure timely delivery of records and information.
