About The Position

Do such questions intrigue you? - Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company specializing in cloud solutions. - Role Summary: As a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI), you will play a crucial role in launching new cloud solutions with a focus on supply chain readiness. This role will involve collaborating with cross -functional teams and leveraging your technical expertise to ensure timely and high -quality execution of NPI programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in high -tech supply chain, new product introduction, sourcing, operations, or related fields
  • Experience in program management at a high -tech company, with a proven track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead in ambiguous situations and effectively manage conflicting priorities and changes
  • Proficient in business tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps
  • Cloud supply chain experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Experience with AI GPU and working across multiple business units and partner organizations
  • Experience with dashboards such as Tableau and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk management efforts and provide insights to identify schedule acceleration opportunities
  • Perform cost -benefit analyses and other analytics to examine performance and influence decisions
  • Understand the technical attributes, milestones, and deliverables of the product, ensuring its alignment with business and customer needs
  • Lead effective engagements with Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of NPI programs
  • Develop and maintain program management tools and communication methods to ensure common understanding of the plan of record
  • Influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve business goals
  • Scale NPI processes to increase clarity and simplify execution
