Requirements

  • Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation, data validation, and complex workbook creation)
  • Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, creating visuals, and publishing reports
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, especially in crafting executive‑level presentations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadline
  • Minimum: 2-year associate degree
  • Demonstrates strong practical expertise in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to apply that knowledge to business needs.
  • Understands how reporting and insights support broader business operations and decision-making.
  • Acts as a resource for peers and may lead small reporting or dashboard-related initiatives.
  • Analyzes complex data requirements and develops new approaches, reports, or dashboards to support business objectives.
  • Produces reporting and presentations that directly support operational and executive decision-making.
  • Communicates complex or sensitive information clearly and works effectively with partners across the organization to build alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Create advanced Excel workbooks, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data models, and automated reporting tools based on management requests.
  • Build high-quality executive presentations in PowerPoint, transforming data and business information into compelling, easy‑to‑understand visuals and narratives.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met across multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, understand reporting needs, and ensure outputs support business goals.
  • Document processes, reporting standards, and project updates to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability.
  • Optimize workflows and data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability of dashboards and reports.
