About The Position

Create advanced Excel workbooks, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data models, and automated reporting tools based on management requests. Build high-quality executive presentations in PowerPoint, transforming data and business information into compelling, easy‑to-understand visuals and narratives. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met across multiple stakeholders. Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, understand reporting needs, and ensure outputs support business goals. Document processes, reporting standards, and project updates to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability. Optimize workflows and data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability of dashboards and reports. ### Demonstrates strong practical expertise in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to apply that knowledge to business needs. ### Understands how reporting and insights support broader business operations and decision-making. ### Acts as a resource for peers and may lead small reporting or dashboard-related initiatives. Problem Solving ### Analyzes complex data requirements and develops new approaches, reports, or dashboards to support business objectives. Impact ### Produces reporting and presentations that directly support operational and executive decision-making. ### Communicates complex or sensitive information clearly and works effectively with partners across the organization to build alignment.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation, data validation, and complex workbook creation)
  • Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, creating visuals, and publishing reports
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, especially in crafting executive‑level presentations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadline
  • Minimum: 2-year associate degree

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: 4-year bachelor's degree in business, communication, data analytics, or related field
