About The Position

Leidos’ Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to support our DoD Defense Agencies IT Business Area. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. This role involves full life cycle ("cradle-to-grave") subcontract management, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and acquisition regulations. The Senior Subcontract Specialist will serve as the primary interface between subcontractors and the program, managing agreements of varying types and complexity, typically of moderate to high dollar value and risk. This position requires interaction with multiple functional areas, including program management, contracts, finance, and growth teams, to support the assigned portfolio. The candidate must demonstrate strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail, while meeting deadlines with limited supervision. As proficiency, judgment, and business acumen are demonstrated, the complexity of assignments will increase. The candidate will be expected to identify and resolve moderately complex issues and provide recommendations to management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical programs within the DoD Defense Agencies IT Business Area while growing your expertise in subcontract management. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving efficiency and collaboration, we encourage you to apply. If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo — because the mission demands it. We're not hiring followers. We're recruiting the ones who disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail.
