About The Position
You will be the Senior Subcontract Management for the PAC-3 Evolutionary Development team. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative subcontract solutions that enable the PAC‑3 missile system to meet performance and schedule goals. As the Senior Subcontract Management you will be responsible for driving subcontract strategy and execution across multiple development programs. Requirements
- Prior Supply Chain Experience
- Prior Subcontract Administrator Experience
- Must have ability to obtain US Top Secret Security Clearance
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to support travel to meet program objective
Nice To Haves
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency LMP2P and SC Navigator
- Proficiency in SAP
- Familiarity with LMAPs and procurement processes, TINA, FAR and DFAR Requirements
Responsibilities
- Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, and Supplier Quality to define subcontract requirements early in the design phase.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate terms that balance cost, risk, and schedule.
- Monitor subcontract performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
- Identify and implement producible solutions that enhance missile system manufacturability.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and accelerate delivery of critical components.
