About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Structural Engineering group in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will primarily focus on structural analysis, developing CAD models, and reviewing project drawings to ensure they meet safety standards and design requirements. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, including guiding project teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with quality expectations, all while contributing to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company. Headquartered in Carlsbad, with offices and job sites across the country, including a growing Engineering team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a privately held, full-service design-build organization, we specialize in expedited commercial construction for the Department of Defense, providing fully integrated design, engineering, and construction services. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • 15+ years of experience in structural design and project delivery, or equivalent within industrial construction projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
