About The Position

Enlyte International seeks an experienced Strategy & Planning Analyst within our Strategy and Planning team, focused on driving pricing discipline through process, analysis, and strategic projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to add meaningful value to the organization by championing profitable revenue growth. We are seeking a candidate with a core set of skills around business analysis, data analysis, reporting, and the ability to translate trends, findings, and anomalies into meaningful recommendations for the business and decision-makers. The candidate that joins our team will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders within the organization, from Commercial to Product to Operators and P&L owners. The Analyst's primary responsibilities will include the following: Playing a key role in the opportunity pricing process with goals of managing deal throughput in concert with ensuring adequate socialization, review, and decision-making across pertinent stakeholders in the organization. Modeling large, complex, and/or strategic deals with the intent of turning data into actionable insights and strategy to ultimately structure pricing that is optimal for Enlyte, and competitive and compelling for its clients. Leading or supporting strategic initiatives that further the mission of the Pricing team. The ideal candidate, in addition to skillsets mentioned above, possesses a heightened sense of intellectual curiosity coupled with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a business / quantitative focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, Statistics)
  • 3 years+ of experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering data led stories, through data analysis
  • Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills coupled with an aptitude for creative problem- solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
  • Shares in our desire to grow and develop professionally and contribute to the growth of those around us.

  • Previous pricing and/or strategy experience a plus.
