About The Position

At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future for our communities and our planet. We do that by creating a people-first culture built on trust, accountability, and transparency; where every employee – regardless of position, role, or identity is treated with respect and given an equal chance to thrive. The Senior Strategic Solutions Consultant, Medium- and Heavy‑Duty Zero-Emission Vehicles (MHD‑ZEV), plays a critical advisory role in supporting the ongoing evolution and delivery of CleanBC’s Zero‑Emission Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicle Program. This position blends subject‑matter expertise, analytical depth, strategic thinking, and collaborative program design. You will work closely with provincial stakeholders, program partners, fleet operators, and CleanBC program teams to shape an effective and scalable ZEV program that accelerates adoption across high‑impact sectors. This is a consulting role—not an account management role—focused on technical guidance, research, program redesign, and expert advisory functions.
