About The Position

The Senior Strategic Consultant serves as a critical advisor and implementer of complex operational solutions within staffing and recruitment environments. This role focuses on optimizing business processes, configuring technology solutions, and ensuring seamless adoption of software platforms to maximize client value. By collaborating with clients and internal teams, the consultant drives operational excellence, improves productivity, and ensures the successful execution of projects from planning through delivery. The role balances technical expertise with strategic insight, addressing workflow inefficiencies, guiding change management, and providing actionable recommendations. High-level communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams are essential. Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in staffing industry operations, SaaS implementation, or complex business process consulting
  • Proven experience in executing, configuring, and optimizing ATS/CRM or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, and staffing business drivers
  • Knowledge of business process optimization, change management, and user adoption strategies
  • Technical proficiency to independently configure and deliver solutions within defined architectures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution delivery and configuration efforts for staffing industry clients, ensuring operational requirements are met and optimized
  • Collaborate with Solution Owners, Project Managers, and technical specialists to address solution design challenges and execute functional configurations
  • Conduct detailed business process mapping sessions to identify pain points and recommend operational improvements
  • Drive customer adoption and change management initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to key users and guiding best practices
  • Evaluate operational workflows, propose enhancements, and ensure alignment with client objectives and platform capabilities
  • Mentor and support team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and development across consulting engagements
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and client satisfaction to ensure successful outcomes and value realization
