Within the payment ecosystem, LexisNexis Solution partners with networks, processors, fintech platforms, and merchant service providers to help secure transactions, reduce fraud and friction, and enable scalable growth across the payment lifecycle. Our Strategic Payments Alliances team partners with a focused set of highly strategic payments organizations to address and solve complex risk challenges across digital commerce and payment flows. We work closely with senior stakeholders at partner organizations to align long-term strategies, co-develop solutions, and drive mutual growth. The strategic Alliance Manager role exists to grow revenue and strategic alignment within a defined set of strategic payment partners through the sale of identity, fraud, authentication, and compliance solutions across assigned accounts. This role requires deep understanding of the payments industry, partner operating models, and complex go-to-market motions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent, MBA optional.
  • Preferred 10+ years selling SaaS risk solutions, or data with the payments, financial services, or fintech ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate experience managing strategic, enterprise level clients or partners with complex operating models.
  • Experience engaging and selling to the C-suite and senior executives.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in data driven and model informed discussions with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving growth within a limited portfolio of high-value strategic accounts.
  • Strong organizational, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
  • Approximately 30% travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Achievement - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets across a defined portfolio of strategic payment partners.
  • Account Planning - Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that identify long-term growth opportunities, assess revenue potential, and define targeted initiatives. This includes leveraging payments and fraud industry knowledge, partner business models, and historical performance to uncover new partners, expansion opportunities, allocate resources effectively, forecast revenue, and engage executive stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
  • Sales Execution & Opportunity Development - Create and implement detailed sales plans aligned to partner strategies and client needs. Focus on identifying and developing product and solution opportunities across the payments value chain through targeted outreach, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solution and Risk Strategy Fluency – Partner closely with solutions, product, data science, and analytics teams to translate risk signals, model performance, and decisioning strategies into clear, actionable value propositions for partners. Guide strategic conversations around fraud tradeoffs such as customers’ experience, revenue, approval and risk outcomes across the payment lifecycle.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within partner organizations, including executive leadership. Sere as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-value, tailored solutions that align with partner priorities.
  • Prospect Identification & Engagement - Apply research and analysis techniques to identify strategic payment partners whose business model aligns with LNRS offerings, engage decision-makers to establish, expand, and deepen strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Analytics & Competitive Intelligence - Utilize business analysis tools and payment market insights to monitor revenue trends, identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning and partner engagement.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
