As the Senior Strategic Account Manager for Amazon & Digital Commerce, you will lead Vans’ most complex and fastest‑growing digital wholesale partnerships, with Amazon at the center of the portfolio. You are accountable for accelerating profitable growth across a broad and evolving e‑commerce account base by applying deep Amazon expertise, data‑driven decision making, and best‑in‑class digital marketplace execution. In this highly visible role, you will own the commercial strategy, execution, and performance of Amazon and select online wholesale partners - driving topline growth, improving profitability, and strengthening marketplace fundamentals. You will serve as the primary subject‑matter expert on Amazon mechanics, platform capabilities, and retail media, while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize assortment strategy, demand generation, inventory health, and brand presentation online. This role plays a critical leadership position within the wholesale organization. You will set priorities, define ways of working, and oversee account management resources aligned to digital wholesale. The Senior Strategic Account Manager reports into the Senior Director of Lifestyle Sales and serves as a key connector between Sales, Planning, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
