About The Position

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the growth of B2B sales by expanding and developing client relationships. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts will play a crucial part in driving revenue through negotiation and business development. You will collaborate with executives, ensuring that client needs are met while utilizing our top-notch cybersecurity solutions. This role allows for a significant impact on both client satisfaction and company success in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle or strategic growth SaaS sales
  • Strong technical knowledge in identity management software and support
  • Demonstrated ability to solve customer problems and anticipate challenges
  • Experience working with C-Level Executives and enterprise organizations
  • Sense of autonomy, ownership, and a dedication to helping customers
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and a proactive problem solver
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesloft

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or IAM industry is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned strategic accounts
  • Build strong relationships and interact with executives and C-Level customer contacts
  • Work with strategic clients to manage and negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells and upsells
  • Expand Global Accounts across other business units and geographies
  • Use strategic selling motions to create meaningful relationships across existing and new teams within an account
  • Work with clients to establish business and technical goals & potential via regular technical discussions
  • Maintain a structured cadence with customer accounts, present solutions, and close deals
  • Advise customers on best practices for securing their business against breaches
  • Manage the success of assigned customers to deliver consistent value
  • Stay up to date on trends in the industry and operate as a Customer Success advisor
  • Understand account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure clients are informed on vulnerabilities and product features
  • Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies
