This role will partner closely with our Hardware, Software, and Strategy teams to design our approach to troubleshooting and maintaining Aurora’s vehicles at scale. This role will also involve coordinating with hardware manufacturing partners, vehicle OEMs, and servicing partners to understand requirements, deliver high quality software, and establish support for maintenance activities on the road and at locations across the nation. In this role, you will Develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of integrating self-driving technology into a trucking fleet’s existing operations. Define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver the most value to customers and align with business goals. Synthesize product usage data and user feedback into actionable user stories and product requirements for iterative improvement Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, operations, and business development to translate product requirements into user-friendly software solutions. Manage a range of cross-functional stakeholders while navigating key prioritization and timeline tradeoffs Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in self-driving technology, fleet management technology, and the logistics industry.
