About The Position

The individual is responsible to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for managing the task order staff in accordance with the Performance Work Statement workload requirements and/or as assigned by division leadership through the COR. Duties May Include: Support and coordination related to assisting the Directorate and contract staff with the conduct of day-to-day operations. Maintain calendars, including daily calendars for key leaders, and assist with short- and long-range calendars and other battle rhythm events. Perform duties as the contract site lead for the prime contract and coordinate all activities with the COR. Provide oversight of all task order administrative functions and personnel, track contractor effort expended for individual tasks completed, and coordinate with the COR and government leads to manage contractor effort as required. Assist with the generation and submittal of contractor travel and Additional Work Effort (AWE) requests, maintain local records of travel and AWE requested and expended during the current period of performance, and coordinate with the COR to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Provide facility and administrative support at various locations as needed when requested by the Government. Administer the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool (TMT) and, at the direction of the Chief of Plans, disseminate, track, update, and assist with assigning USCENTCOM, Joint Staff, and Department of Defense taskings through TMT. Assist with daily reporting requirements; monitor and track evaluations; maintain personnel evaluations; in-process and out-process division personnel; compile and maintain supply inventory for government purchase card holders; and assist with personnel and facility security management. Assist in maintaining SharePoint and organizational file servers and sites on SIPR and JWICS, with authorities for two networks. Create staff clearance validation requests, coordinate with the Special Security Office, and update access files for assigned facilities as needed or required. Provide support on travel coordination and use of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and roster production. Serve as the lead scheduler for TSVTCs for J5-Plans. When required, act as a liaison between users and respective help desks to assist with identification of issues and articulate problems to facilitate rapid resolution. Provide coordination of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and Mandatory Declassification Reviews (MDR) according to legal standards governing the processing, declassification, and release of information from designated USCENTCOM files. This includes thorough searching of files controlled by CCJ5 for information relevant for government personnel to determine declassification and ability to disseminate information based on detailed knowledge of existing legal statutes and advising CCJ5 on the FOIA and MDR Program in accordance with USCENTCOM directives to ensure plans and orders are properly safeguarded.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s Degree and be a graduate from one of the following: Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), or Maritime Advanced Warfighting School (MAWS).
  • 12+ years of military service with 3+ years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters.
  • 4+ years of work experience on SharePoint
  • 2+ years working as a SharePoint Administrator.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
