On-Site Lead (Senior)
About The Position
The On-Site Lead (Senior) provides senior-level Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) leadership in support of Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This role serves as the senior contractor representative for ISR-PED operations at Hurlburt Field and acts as a key advisor for intelligence operations, command and control integration, and ISR modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to actionable intelligence capabilities across multiple intelligence disciplines, including IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, ELINT, MASINT, Information Operations (IO), cyber intelligence, space intelligence support, and human domain operations.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on intelligence analysis and production experience within the past 12 years.
- Demonstrated experience performing senior-level intelligence operational leadership or on-site management responsibilities.
- Full understanding of ISR-PED mission functions and on-site lead duties.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 additional years of experience supporting Air Force and Special Operations intelligence personnel management.
- Additional years of intelligence analysis experience beyond minimum requirements are highly desired.
- Experience supporting AFSOC and/or USSOCOM intelligence operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior on-site contractor lead overseeing day-to-day ISR-PED contractor operations and personnel.
- Coordinate directly with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to ensure successful mission execution and delivery of all contracted support.
- Provide ISR-PED management and advisory support across AFSOC intelligence operations and USSOCOM ISR requirements.
- Deliver management, planning, and operational support to: 11th Special Operations Intelligence Squadron (11 SOIS) AFSOC/A2 staff SOF Full Motion Video (FMV) PED activities Intelligence Training Course (ITC) programs Other intelligence support activities as required.
- Serve as a key advisor on ISR and Command & Control (C2) integration, providing analysis, planning, coordination, and transition support for emerging initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging ISR technologies against evolving operational requirements.
- Assist AFSOC/A2X in planning, documenting, and implementing ISR-PED communication, personnel, and operational capability improvements.
- Provide daily support to AFSOC/A2, AFSOC/A5, AFSOC/A6, other AFSOC directorates, and higher headquarters / USSOCOM stakeholders.
- Ensure effective integration of Special Operations Forces (SOF) ISR systems across AFSOC intelligence organizations, including configuration management alignment.
- Develop ISR system views and architecture representations in support of AFSOC and USSOCOM enterprise planning.
