The mission of the Paid Digital Media Department is to deliver targeted, world-class content across Paid Digital Media channels to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and conversion. Aritzia is growing and our Paid Digital Media team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all Aritzia Paid Search marketing to reach clients with targeted content. As the Senior Specialist/Specialist, Paid Search, you will play a pivotal role in developing the strategy and driving day-to-day execution of the Paid Search program. Requirements

  • Experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing vertical. Client side and retail experience preferred.
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in paid search execution, performance optimization & analytics, reporting and/or marketing channel management
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Responsibilities

  • Define the enduring, strategic channel approach for our Paid Search program
  • Establish the approach for individual Paid Search activations, inclusive of defining the objectives & KPIs, target market & customer, channel mix, tactic, and managing the calendar
  • Target and segment to reach the right audiences based on their profile, geography, preferences, and behaviours
  • Curate platform-specific content to drive our messaging priorities
  • Leverage insights to enhance activation results through measuring and optimizing KPIs
  • Seamlessly deliver, manage, and drive continuous improvement for Paid Search programs
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
