You will play a key role in day-to-day account management, campaign reporting, and budget stewardship You will report to the Senior Manager, Paid Search Where you will Work This role is hybrid

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
• 3+ years’ experience in paid search account management, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to deliver results with speed and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and other platforms to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee daily account operations, including keyword management, ad copy testing, and bid strategies.
• Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters.
• Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights to the Senior Manager, Paid Search.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and brand teams to support campaign innovation and effectiveness
