About The Position

The Senior Specialist, Social Media is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing a multi‑channel social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports organizational goals. This role manages day‑to-day content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community engagement across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. A strong understanding of digital trends, short-form video, reputation management, and brand storytelling is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience
  • Marketing experience, preferably with experience developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or similar scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn content creation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in reputation or community management preferred.
  • Strong design skills using Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently implements and demonstrates strategic expertise across these areas: Web site project management, display advertising, job board management, email marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media.
  • Maintains expertise in content, usability, architecture, development and design for all types of digital projects and mobile sites/apps.
  • Assists in guiding agencies in the development and evaluation of media recommendations.
  • Assesses market research, category, trend and driven analyses to identify consumer needs and insights that pinpoint compelling new opportunities.
  • Guides the development of marketing research and analytic plans to identify and employ metrics that resolve the efficiency of digital campaigns.
  • Establishes and maintains a positive relationship with business owners to define, measure and optimize digital performance against objectives.
  • Optimally presents, partners and collaborates with management, executives, other departments, vendors and outside contacts as an inspirational guide for digital.
  • Researches new potential job board partners and arranges test trials.
  • Troubleshoots any issues that arise with sources of data, job posting platform or job board sites.
