Job purpose The Senior Specialist, Provider Membership Innovation provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to CHIME’s Provider Membership Innovation team. This role supports the execution of new and evolving provider engagement initiatives, including local and regional engagement pilots, volunteer-led activities, and program logistics. The Senior Specialist works under the direction of the Senior Director to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, communications are timely and accurate, and member and volunteer experiences are consistently positive. This is an individual contributor role focused on coordination, implementation support, and operational excellence.
