About The Position

The incumbent is responsible for daily customer service tasks and routine reporting, ensuring stability in the customer experience. The role will work towards KPIs and SLAs for a defined customer program and will support proposals for optimization of the customer program across active geographies.

Requirements

  • Initial experience within logistics/program management
  • Candidates must be within 250 miles of an APL Logistics facility or office.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 1-3 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs within the accounts that are assigned
  • Support KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accounts
  • Delivery of daily customer service tasks for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs
  • Flag recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problems
  • Support program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues and supporting implementation of new processes
  • Serve as first point of contact with customers
