The incumbent will handle daily customer service tasks and routine reporting, ensuring stability in the customer experience. The role involves working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for a defined customer program and supporting proposals for optimization of the customer program across active geographies. APL Logistics provides innovative, global supply-chain solutions across Automotive, Consumer, Industrial, and Retail markets. These solutions include Order Management, Distribution & Fulfillment, Customs Brokerage, and Transportation products delivered across six regions. The company also pioneered the use of visual data analysis and offers a robust Data Management and Analytics product suite to help understand and solve complex problems.
