About The Position

Join a dynamic Marketing team dedicated to driving growth of the nation’s largest dermatology group! The Senior Specialist, Marketing, is instrumental in coordinating marketing and marcomm initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the overarching strategy and goals, while collaborating cross-functionally to develop scalable programs and processes. Champion the creation of innovative and compelling marketing strategies that drive new clinician exposure and visibility among the medical community, patients, and neighboring community. Direct the development of high-profile Central Services initiatives, coordinating all clinician onboarding marketing integrations, provider separations, executive reports, and business reviews, ensuring timely delivery, meeting brand standards, and accuracy. The role also ensures organizational alignment for timely completion of key initiatives and providing stakeholders with clear project updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing project management or marketing operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment that sets and meets ambitious goals, offering opportunity for professional and skill development.
  • Proficiency with Canva; experience producing basic graphics and templates.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams, including physicians and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (integrations, digital, field operations, clinicians, and central services) to design and refine processes to adapt to a quickly evolving and rapidly growing business.
  • Direct the development of high-profile Central Services initiatives, coordinating key projects, executive reports, and business reviews that represent the brand's standards with accuracy.
  • Manage workflows and coordinate the daily intake, project scoping, assignment, documentation, and status tracking.
  • Ensure all project components across marketing functions are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Build relationships and establish communication paths with your points of contact.
  • Oversee print and distribution projects, ensuring budgets, quality, and timelines are met with excellence.
  • Project manage a sizeable portfolio of initiatives, driving cross-functional communication and alignment between clinics, regional managers, creative services, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful results.
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support for marketing functions, enabling the team to deliver efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and lead efforts for continue process improvement.
  • Make recommendations to improve and standardize workflow management.
  • Project manage sponsorship and event requests related to grand openings and new provider introductions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and support other business functions when necessary.
  • Author highly compelling marketing materials and communications to both medical community and patient audiences.
  • Draft, edit, and route communications, copy, and creative materials for approval.
  • Assist with proofreading and quality checks for marketing content and collateral.
  • Create and update basic materials using Canva.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of content across platforms and materials.
  • Coordinate creative services support and ensure brand alignment.
  • Manage requests for quotes and vendor management of print, distribution, and/or mail.
