As a Marketing Specialist Senior, you’ll lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that elevate the Prime Health Services brand. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (B2B or healthcare/insurance experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project ownership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as social scheduling tools, email marketing systems, CMS platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Self-driven with the ability to independently manage projects from concept to launch.
  • Learns new tools and skills quickly.
  • Strong campaign planning and execution abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong collaboration skills.
  • Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing projects from start to finish, including scoping, timelines, approvals, and on-time execution.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, PR, events, and collateral.
  • Craft and refine marketing assets such as sales sheets, product messaging, presentations, letters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate conference and event marketing, including pre-show outreach, booth collateral, signage, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling, posting, and basic analytics reporting.
  • Write and edit newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
  • Collect and analyze market/campaign performance data; recommend improvements.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to support campaigns and internal initiatives.
  • Work with external vendors/agencies to manage timelines, asset delivery, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and processes; recommend workflow improvements.
