Job Summary As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for setting and communicating the product vision, developing and maintaining the product roadmap, and defining key operational processes such as the product release schedule. Working closely with business partners and customers, and ensure that epics align with essential business objectives for the Scrum or Kanban team. In this role, you will track and manage product funding, defining work priorities for team members dedicated to the product. Also strike a balance between introducing new features and focusing on continuous improvement, system health, and support. Collaborating directly with analysts, engineers, and other team members, execute the product roadmap, guide the product development lifecycle, define user stories, and advocate for the customer within our product processes. As a Product Owner handling simpler products with modest impacts on Eaton Business Outcomes, you will play a foundational role in the business.
