The Opportunity In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between IT and the business, ensuring technology solutions effectively meet strategic and operational needs. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and drive initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency. This position offers the chance to lead meaningful projects, elevate processes, and influence business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, IT-business liaison roles, or related fields
  • Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements
  • Proven experience managing medium to high-complexity initiatives
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and independent thinking
  • Experience conducting quality testing and supporting reporting processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level or cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Familiarity with portfolio or demand management processes
  • Background in business strategy, business relationship management, or process optimization
  • Experience developing training materials or leading end-user training
  • Ability to evaluate technology alternatives and leverage existing applications where possible

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, develop business cases, and define detailed business requirements
  • Serve as a key point of contact between IT and assigned business areas
  • Lead department-level initiatives or support project/program managers on larger, multi-phase efforts
  • Conduct quality testing and support reporting processes
  • Apply standard IT concepts, frameworks, and methodologies to solve technology-related business challenges
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with corporate service providers to evaluate solutions leveraging existing applications
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate and divisional policies
  • Manage initiatives against established milestones, timelines, and budgets
  • Develop and deliver training as needed for business partners
