We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Austin, TX or New York, NY . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role will focus on process optimization, reporting, data analysis, and project management within Client Management Operations, including client onboarding, client agreements, and client account creation functions. You will work closely with partners in Operations, Technology, Data organization, and internal stakeholders to enable the team to execute efficiently as the Client Management function continues to evolve and grow. We will count on you to: Partner with Operations, Technology, and Data teams to translate business objectives and process into business requirements, and to help ensure requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation. Contribute subject matter expertise on process and data flow. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize processes. Develop reports, analyze trends, and communicate findings to leaders and stakeholders. Manage data and reporting needs and requests including reporting requirements, design, and delivery. Project manage initiatives or work streams within the team, lead decision-making processes required to move projects along, and ensure steady and agreed-upon progress on assigned initiatives.
