The Senior Specialist, Global Facilities Operations Program & Business Analytics supports the Global Facilities Operations team by providing program coordination, performance analysis, and reporting support across Micron’s global manufacturing sites.
The role partners with program leads and site teams to help track progress, develop analytics, and support consistent adoption of global facilities processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Facilities O&M or Engineering
• Experience supporting programs or analytics in operations
• Facilities Engineering or Maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Semiconductor Industry
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Curiosity about solutions improved by automated systems and artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

• Support development of performance and trending reports
• Maintain project and program tracking tools
• Coordinate updates and action items for monthly reviews
• Assist with automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions
• Support site initiation and onboarding activities
• Collaborate with site and global facilities teams
• Assist with data reviews and compliance checks
