The Senior Specialist Program Coordinator for Employee Learning is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end operation of EL programming. These programs enable Salesforce’s high-performance culture, allowing us to deliver exceptional business results. In this role, you will serve as the Senior Specialist Coordinator for Enterprise Learning Programs, providing seamless support locally and regionally to ensure a positive experience for our employees. You will join a team that contributes to innovation, maintenance/process improvement, and the delivery of our global Enterprise Learning programs. You will partner closely with our Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence team, including Technology, Communications, and Data, to ensure that all Enterprise Learning elements are centralized and transparent. The Open Programs and Leading for Success Operations and Logistics role is a critical function focused on the daily management, coordination, and logistical execution of the organization's Open Programs and the Leading for Success (LFS) events. This role requires a blend of operational system administration (Learning Management Systems), complex vendor management, financial oversight (including budgeting, sourcing, and purchase orders), data management, communications, and event coordination. The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring these highly valued, award-winning programs are successful and continue to align with Salesforce AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for Strategy and Operations
  • Ability to think strategically and demonstrate attention to detail, while being agile and flexible enough to move tactics forward instantaneously
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day tasks of the program
  • You have very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Awareness and proficiency in Slack & Google Suite (Google Docs/ Gmail, etc) and LMS tools
  • Strong/expertise with reporting and analysis
  • Strong/ expertise in Vendor Management and Procurement

Responsibilities

  • Be 100% focused on world-class, highly effective EL Programming.
  • Manage event logistics for EL programs in-person and virtually.
  • Sourced and managed vendors for the events, onboarding new vendors (tools).
  • Provides program management and ensures critical milestones and timelines are met.
  • Support and track Purchase Orders and Expenses for programming (ie, Swag, other Purchase Orders for Supplier contracts)
  • Partner with external vendors, where appropriate, and manage budget and vendor agreements when necessary
  • Communicate with participants and stakeholders to ensure ongoing participation, support, and awareness of EL programs.
  • Drives continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and scalability of development initiatives.
  • Supports program delivery needs, including COE programming, and coordinates with Faculty, Coaches, Support Staff, SMEs, and External Partners.
  • Support Enterprise Learning Operations on ad hoc projects and program coordination needs
