About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements: Content Creation and Development Support the execution of a holistic content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Produce a diverse range of high-quality content, including infographics, videos, and social media content. Develop and maintain integrated content and social media promotion strategies. Maintain and regularly refresh the social media asset library. Monitoring and Reporting Social Media Analytics Evaluate social media performance and pivot strategy to align with current trends. Establish social key performance indicators and performance benchmarks by platform, campaign, and content type. Create actionable insights that drive the business forward and show success in progress to key performance indicators. Standardize success metrics across Circle K’s Social Media Network (owned, talent (influencers), partners, and fans (UGC)). Communicate and present findings to key partners via both email and in person presentation. Scheduling, Coordinating, and Distributing Content Work with category campaign manager(s) to build social media calendar in accordance with business objectives and plan. Maintain a monthly social media calendar with input from internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. Work with internal creative, or agency partners as needed to brief in social media content. Use of Content Management System (Sprinklr) to schedule and distribute national content. Repurpose content from other sources for our own social media channels, understanding how to change the tone of the content for each channel (ex: UGC, EGC, influencers). Social Media Engagement Management Ensure uniform content and tone of voice within social communities. Track and increase engagement on social channels (growth, retention, interactions, conversions, etc.). Deploy social giveaways and fulfillment. Identify high performing ideas and campaigns for United States. Assist Brand Managers with localized support as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 5 years minimum experience in social media marketing with demonstrated success. Hands on experience in content management, with excellent content creation skills. Experience and knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta Business Manager, IG Ads Manager, X, TikTok) etc. to track audience engagement and campaign performance. Experience working with monitoring and publishing tools (ex: Sprinklr) Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Expertise managing social media and content campaigns for a B2C company (or equivalent). Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above. Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.
