The Role + Purpose: Drive online sales through strategic product presentation, storytelling and site optimization. Responsible for online storefront meeting/exceeding conversion rate targets by day, week, month, quarter Manage in- season adjustments to site based on selling, marketing, and customer feedback. Derive data-driven insights to create meaningful site optimizations Marry insights with a keen eye for product merchandising and selling, specifically within Men’s fashion Partner closely with Merchant teams to understand and articulate product key investments online and maximize selling potential Looks to improve customer journey perspective through patterning and works with director on testing initiatives.
