About The Position

Digital Merchandiser & eCommerce Support Specialist Essential Job Functions Product Listing Management: • Refine and maintain the e-Catalog by ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. • Organize products into clear and intuitive categories for easy navigation. Catalog Optimization: • Regularly review and enhance the e-Catalog for improved user experience (UX) and search functionality. • Update product visuals or layouts to improve presentation, including the use of additional graphics. • Ensure seasonal promotions, discounts, and sales are accurately reflected in the catalog. • Optimize product listings for search engines by using relevant keywords in product names and descriptions, which enhances/optimizes SEO. Quality Assurance: • Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date, including material details, measurements, features, SKUs, and manufacturer changes in both BisTrack and ToolBx. • Follow formatting standards for product names, images, and specifications to maintain consistency across the platform. • Monitor stock levels and update the catalog for clearance, discontinued items, or any product changes including, SKUs changes, product substitutions, and manufacturer changes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Coordinate with Toolbx (eCommerce platform) to resolve technical issues and communicate long-term technical concerns with the appropriate staff. • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency in product listings and verify current or upcoming sale items. • Regularly check in with the buying team for updates on product changes, additions, and discontinuations. • Work with suppliers and vendors to gather up-to-date product images and information. • Assist with fulfilling customer inquiries through toolbox messaging Due to the nature of this job, and its newness, this job description is subject to change as the job evolves

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in roles requiring exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in data entry or a similar clerical function
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an emphasis on precision and consistency
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using BisTrack or a comparable ERP system
  • Previous eCommerce or digital merchandising experience within a retail environment
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Track record of consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure
