About The Position

As a Senior Specialist on the Global Communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping how Capital Group measures, understands and optimizes its communications impact — across reputation, issues, campaigns and enterprise priorities. You will bring together data from media, digital channels and AI‑driven intelligence tools, alongside internal performance data, and translate it into clear, executive‑ready insights that inform strategy, mitigate risk and improve decision‑making across internal and external communications globally.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree.
• You have 5+ years of experience across communications, analytics, media intelligence, digital measurement or a related field.
• You have hands‑on experience with business intelligence and/or media intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, BrandWatch, Signal AI or similar).
• You are skilled at synthesizing data from multiple public and internal sources and turning it into clear, actionable insight.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable presenting to communications colleagues and senior business leaders.
• You are intellectually curious, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• You can prioritize and complete a steady stream of concurrent assignments in a timely manner.
• You thrive in collaborative team settings and enjoy working closely with communications colleagues.
• You are comfortable working in office four days a week, Monday - Thursday with the option of working from home on Friday.
