We are looking for a … Senior Sous Chef to support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing all kitchen operations while delivering an exceptional culinary experience rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, balancing creativity, operational excellence, and team development to ensure consistent, high-quality food and memorable guest experiences. The Senior Sous Chef assists in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling kitchen operations and administration. You will lead by example—actively cooking, mentoring the culinary team, and managing all food-related functions—while working closely with leadership to uphold and promote Lyle’s culture, mission, and philosophy. Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant environment
  • 1+ year of experience in a culinary management or leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant and kitchen operations

  • Multilingual skills are a plus
