This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, balancing creativity, operational excellence, and team development to ensure consistent, high-quality food and memorable guest experiences. The Senior Sous Chef assists in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling kitchen operations and administration. You will lead by example—actively cooking, mentoring the culinary team, and managing all food-related functions—while working closely with leadership to uphold and promote Lyle’s culture, mission, and philosophy.
