The Sous Chef is responsible for all receiving functions in the Dining & Food Services Department, including verifying deliveries, maintaining records, and storing products according to food safety and departmental guidelines. This role also supervises the Cold Prep team on the Cold Prep Sous Chef’s days off and supports production areas as needed.
